1) 负责新产品的工艺开发，新项目的导入; responsible for the development of new product process and new project launch. a. 新项目的喷漆成本报价，配合销售争取新业务; quotation for new project of painting， cooperate with sales team for new business. b. 新项目工艺流程设计，喷漆治具设计，喷漆件厂内包装开发设计，并对相应的员工进行培训; process design for new project and painting fixture design. internal package development for painting parts. related employees coaching. c. 新项目、新颜色的'标准样件开发制作及客户端颜色认可支持; standard sample and aar samples development for new project and new color， support on customer approval on new color develop. d. 工艺文件编制，如工艺参数设定、作业指导书编写、pfmea等; process documentation， such as process parameter setting， work instruction drafting and pfmea etc. e. 参与喷漆治具供应商定点，定点后进行详细的设计评审，样件制作以及进度跟踪，并形成问题点清单并追踪; participate in painting fixture supplier selection. technical design review with supplier， sample build and progress tracking， issue list record and tracking.
2) 量产后定期参与客户端的颜色评审，保证与车身颜色一致; join in color audit in customer side periodically to make sure the color consistence with car body after sop.
3) 量产项目的工艺优化以达到质量成本的持续改进; process optimize to improve quality and cost continuously.
4) 协助质量部门进行质量问题讨论并协助解决问题点; support quality department to discuss the issue and solving
5) 降低部门费用(如油漆使用损耗，耗材，化学品，治具使用费) reduce departmental costs (e.g. paint saving， consumables， chemicals， fixtures)
6) 持续提升量产件ftq continuous ftq improvement for cost improvement.
7) 支持智能制造系统的升级工作; support intelligent manufacturing improvement work.
8) 主导推动现场持续改善和精益改善推广 conduct shop floor cip and promote lean activities
9)支持客户工厂审核， 提升客户对制程的满意度; support to customer’s audit， improve the satisfaction of customer.
10)服从上级安排，完成上级交办的其它任务。 complete other assignments given by supervisors
