The movable pressing device 5 can rotate around therotation center together with the movable pressing plate 4 and press the original platein the direction orthogonal to the moving upper surface 40 with the original plateinterposed between the movable pressing plate 4 and the moving upper surface 40. Theactuator rotates the moving pressure plate 4 and the moving pressure tool 5 around therotation center from the position where the moving upper surface 40 coincides with theextension of the fixed upper surface 10.
