摘要：Packaging material systems for technical or pharmaceutical individual doses areobtained by a low-temperature pressure-sealing process using a cold water-soluble vinyl
alcohol copolymer made by acid-catalysed acetalisation of polyvinyl alcohol with starch,the copolymer being treated with a destructuring agent before or after conversion intofilm. A method for the production of packaging material systems for technical andpharmaceutical individual doses by using (1) vinyl alcohol copolymers (PVACL) obtainedby the acid-catalysed acetalisation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) with starch or starchderivatives with (2) destructuring agents. This involves treating cold water-soluble, water-containing PVACL with (2) before or after conversion into film, so that the hydrogenbridges between the polymer chains are partly or completely broken, then heating thefilm to below its melting or softening point and processing it by a pressure-sealingprocess to form a welded seam for packaging in the form of individual doses.
