摘要：A support for an electrical display device such as a monitor includes a pair ofsupport members (3,8) connected by a joint (6). The joint (6) comprises a part sphericalbearing (20) immovably mounted on one support member (3,8) and received within abearing seat (25) which is pivotally mounted to the other support member (3,8). The joint
(6) enables relative movement between the bearing (20) and the bearing seat (25) in anydirection and, between the bearing seat (25) and the other support member (3,8) about apivot axis. The bearing seat (25) comprises a looped element or strap that partiallyencircles the bearing (20). The ends of the looped element are pivotally mounted to thesupport member (3,8).
